Their customer service is BAD. What till there carriers do up grades, trac fone is not included. THEY DO NOT CARE.
For as many years as Tracfone has been in operation there still is an awful lot in fact waaaaaay too much negative feedback . You would think they would get the heck out of these foreign service companies and get improving on quality service that american people are talking positively about. I bought the exact phone from you that I have, tried to put all my stuff on new phone. why cant you just transfer all info from one to the other. I have a lot of contacts and would take all day manually to do. is there a faster way. Called today about my promo code minutes that were not added after I entered my code. After a stupid roundabout of automated directions I was finally connected to someone who could hardly speak english. i have been using tracfone for many years now and have had good results, I do have a problem as of right now. something keeps removing mins from my phone w out it even bing used. and there is a phone symbol w/the word text thru it, and cant find what that is means or any thing. plz help.
Crappy customer service! I have been trying to contact TRACFONE for days. I keep getting disconnected on both LIVE CHAT and the phone! How can I get answers from TracFone? I realize they are CHEAP....BUT, I have still paid money and feel that I hold be able to find out why the crap phone won't work and WHY minutes have not been added to all 4 phones on our family plan??
