I've been with Tracfone for years but this last phone contact was the very worst! Every question I asked was skirted and not answered. I was made to feel I was more of a nuisance and less of a customer. WOW! Their computer was so super slow that the gentleman had to apologize over and over for the computer's slowness. Makes me wonder how they are still in business. I've never thought of changing companies before but I'm seriously considering so now!

wil expand later but basicly tracfon just stole 1410 minutes that I paid for. The customer service rep would not let me talk to a manager. I have been a tracfon customer for years but I will no longer recomend them to friends and family.

I was a loyal customer for more than 15+ years, but after Tracfone STOLE hundreds of minutes from my phone and claimed I used them and there was nothing they could do about "used" minutes - I am done!!! Crooks and Negative Feedback!!!

I don't know what I think yet. I'm a Safe Link customer through my insurance company. I just received my phone, with instructions to leave the phone turned on for the first ten days of the month to get my minutes. Questions about the phone--it arrived today, February 2. I have to charge it tonight before I can do anything with it, for at least five hours. It's now 6:38 p.m. I just started charging it. It will be charging overnight, into February 3, when I'll call your number to activate it. About leaving the phone turned on ... read more

I got a $40 net10 phone made by tracphone and LG. Worst phone and plan I ever had. Horrible!!!!

Got my GF a new smart phone from Tracfone to upgrade her from her old one. and swap her old number to the new phone. and it's been a total mess. had them activate it in the store. and she still can't get it activated and working. they sent a new sim card, installed it yesterday and they said it would be up and working in 15 min to an hr. well that was last night. called them again today and got told NOT to call back for 48hrs. this is ridiculous. we're coming up on a week since i bought it for her and it's still not working.... read more
