I purchased a phone had phone switched to new one no service left me with no phone do they thing people are rich
Today I loaded minutes on my son's cell phone. During check out the total price was $23.44 for the 60 minutes I wanted. However after I entered my debit card information and hit submit it somehow got changed to $174.83 and added 960 minutes to the cell phone. I tried for 2 hours to get someone in the customer service department to no avail, just sat on eternal hold. I will be taking care of this with my bank in the morning.
trying to get my phone replaced sense they have fazed it out. of course the call goes to someone in India who keep's having problems with their "system" yeah I want to hang on for an hour.........Try using America for your call service.....
I bought a new phone a couple of days ago to replace my current trac fone. I transferred the number to the new phone it hasn't been activated yet. It's like the phone is in limbo, neither cell phone is on. It's been 24 hours after activation. I'm concerned I've been using it with my bank account. My od phone gets intercepted by Verizon, probably a crooked employee. Hackers, and thieves in the bank bofa and the phone company. That's why all these fees and stolen money from my accounts.
As soon as I decide what I am going to do about cell service I am DONE with TF. I have had it for many many years and was always happy with it as I do not use my cell often. BUT I have noticed in the last 6 months I am getting 3/4 calls per day for advertising ETC...Only 4/5 people have my number so I am led to believe my number is getting sold to a 3rd party ....
The phone, when it works, is great. However, if anything requires customer service, abandon all hope. It's even worse than Time Warner.
