Can someone help me? I have been trying to activate a new phone trac phone sent me for over a week. Have called four times, been transferred innumerable times, given my credit card number to add airtime and been hung up on. Still can not use the phone. I mainly use it for emergencies and am so frustrated by extreme difficulty in reaching anyone who can help....so bureaucratic and when you reach a live person, difficult to understand them and then they transfer you and you are on hold for another 45 minutes.....HELP!!

I just got of the phone to a supervisor, my tracfone no longer works and they said it had to be replaced at my expense, I expected that, they also said they would give me a discount of if I wanted a low priced phone they would wave the shipping, I picked one out and at the end of the call they wanted $15 for "Free shipping", her exact words. This is unacceptable customer service. Phil

I have been a Tracfone customer for several years. Recently, I was notified that Tracfone was upgrading their service to 2G & 3G, and my phone would no longer work after a certain date. I was offered a free upgrade and a number to call. I called 3 different times before I was successful - continually placed on hold for several minutes and cut off twice. I probably wasted 60 of my cell phone minutes. The new phone is great and I appreciate it. but the process to get there was terrible!!

My wife bought a new tracfone bundle. I have been trying to get the old number transferred and the new phone activated for 2 days. I have spent 2 hours online chat, over an hour on hold this AM and I am currently on hold again and have been for 1 hour and 20 minutes. TracFone has absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. They keep telling me to use the web site but it doesn't do what it is supposed to.

I have made several attempts to resolve a phone usage issue with Tracfone. Since March 22nd I have acquired 720 minutes of talk time. I am a 61 year old infrequent cell phone user. My best guess is possibly 30 to 45 minutes of phone talk time since March 22nd.. I am unable to make a cell call due to exhausted talk time. I have spent time with Customer Service Staff, explaining my concern, I've requested a senior manager to speak with, after several minutes on hold I have been disconnected a couple times.
