The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. Nobody speaks English and knows what the hell they are doing. I went from 2000 minutes to 0 after my phone not being activated for 2 days. So much for customer service.
Been a customer for 10+ years and been pretty satisfied until today. If you have one, make sure you use your phone at least once a month (I had mine for emergencies) or they will deactivate your phone and steal all of your minutes. Then they told me they could not go ahead and reactive my phone because someone supposedly called them and told them they never received the phone they ordered. They OBVIOUSLY made a mistake and now I don't have a phone and lost 4,000+ minutes and 131 days of service. Taking my business elsewhere.
Never use that company worst service I had get another as soon as possible
FRAUD as NO mention of Smartphones either here or StraightTalk being VERIZON ........... IF I had wanted them, I would have gotten them/ so Bought a TRAC and by God, same old crap and they can't even give me the number they assigned. I have had reg. Trac for 10 yrs and never a problem.......
After being a tracfone customer for approximately 10 years I wanted to switch 5,000 minutes from one of my tracfone phones to another tracfone phone. I called a week prior to switch minutes and was told due to network updates I needed to purchase new phone and call back prior to deactivation date and they would switch minutes. Tracfone sent me a txt on my new s7 phone and the txt was asking me to enroll in the easy exchange program. I called and was given the runaround and then told that the phone was ineligible, but not the reason it was ineligible. I have spent many dollars getting this new phone set up and i would like the extra protection, But tracfone is just telling me i cant have it....WHY?
Customer service all the way up to corporate is awful. Still not fixed my phone issue after talking to 7 different associates in 2 days for an hour and a half each day on the phone. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!!! It's a vicious cycle once you are on the phone with someone. Sucks!
