customer service, no live rep available on holiday weekend, recording does not state that
I keep getting double billed on my value plan, can't find a phone number to call them, emailed them and no reply. I like the phone and like the cost, when I am not getting doubled billed. Might have to quit using if I get no help from them.
Minutes disappear and their representative just say you must have used them! If you want to use the phone add more minutes! TracFone is a B*** S*** company!
Been using Tracfone for quite a few years,can update phones as I need at a very reasonable cost,I dont live on my phone but I do use it.Tracfone has saved me $$$$$$$! Thanks!
they steal mins from people and use lame excuses to explain why they did it !!!
I lost my phone called and reported/deactivated it so whoever found it couldn't use my minutes as I really need it. Sure I was sent a replacement but only with 10 minutes and even the text messages that were unlimited on the lost phone now came out of the 10 minutes. when ask why they reply policy they can only transfer 10 minutes and messages are attached to them I ask what happens to the minutes on the lost phone told they were deleted which isn't doing a thing to help.
