I am very up set with tracfone I got a new phone that didn't work so I want to go back to my old phone they take ALL my Minutes say I had to get another card when I had 219 minutes. the customer service don't know what they are doing, it is horrible can't understand , I guess I will look for another phone carrier the price is high per minute very unhappy
Tracfone are thieves and a fraudulent company. I paid for a service and never received it. I want my money back. If I don't receive my refund I'm going the Attorneys General office,the local news media and Facebook,Twitter, and the federal attorneys general office.
Tracfone Wireless cheats 13 year old kids out of their minutes. I purchased airtime online for my son and my credit card got charged after almost a week of calling and talking to a call center where no one speaks english as their first language i was told sorry cant help you. All I want is my $20.77 dollars back or the 60 minutes put on my sons phone. I am going to report them as cheats and frauds You should not do business with them. I am going to have my bank prosecute them.
Tracfone, you SUCK!!!! I HAVE BEEN A FAITHFUL CUSTOMER FOR YEARS, you used to be great! Have had Tracfone for several ears and all of a sudden I am getting Crap. I have 2000+ minutes and auto pay each month. Well several months age they changed my number without telling me. Now the one phone is deactivacted for ???. They said after spending about 1 hour divided between two days trying to get this mess cleared up. Oh now it is cleared up?? but don't have auto pay. Well Verizon or ?? here I come. Tracfone won't be getting my money anymore.
I have been trying to get my account on the forms activated and so far I still have not received my activation code. How many time to I have to type resend to get it.
Here we go again. Years ago I upgraded to a new Tracfone that had triple minutes for life. That said ,,every time that I have bought new minutes 'THEY NEVER TRIPLE" I spends hours on the Service line endlessly entering codes and relaying the numbers back to the service rep. COME ON how difficult can it be to get this sorted out,,it has been at least 6-7 time and every time its the same old dance. Once these minutes are gone I will Probably switch to a new provider.
