@TracFoneCalls Horrible customer service. Never buy from these guys - they can't even fix the most simple of customer service issue. I'm on hold again and have already been on for well over an hour. Just triple the minutes as you promised already
Never had this happen before. a big thumbs up for Tracfone. I killed my other tracfone cell phone so ordered another. I went through the steps to port over the phone number I had and the remaining days and minutes (air time). Tracfone "saw" that the update did not complete and called my home phone to walk me through the process. A nice lady that spoke good english guided me through the 5 minute process and replacement phone is up and running. Gotta give Tracfone a positive nod for that. i just tried to add min on the comp and i dont know what happen but wont let me go any futher . i add min all the time
I've always been a tracfone user because I don't make or get many calls, but my wife just got a Samsung Galaxy Centura and I can't figure how to find minutes balance
Had to call 4 times before I could get someone that I could even understand. Once I asked where the employee was located and he answered Belize. Belize? What, no one in America needed a job? Have had the same issues for so long now and am very unhappy!
unfreaking believable i try to tell them i can send proof of address to them and the idiot tells me my address doesnt exist wtf really why does the united states pay companies with morons working for them to provide us with service this is the problem instead of the government taking a stand and going american they goto companies in india and the phillipines cause its cheaper really i dont fucking get this crap they cant give me an address to contact them and they tell me to move are they going to pay for my moving esxpenses... read more
Everyone say it with me. "Tracfone is CRAP". It is always the same thing. It is never their fault and always the other guy. RIGHT. The longer u r a customer the less they do 4 u. I am sick of those "Mushmouth" people mistreating customers. This is not how we do it in AMERICA.
When I call using my tracfone # it shows up as me being "MARY P MILLER"... I am not this person... I asked that this be corrected 9 months ago and TODAY I FOUND OUT IT HAS NEVER BEEN CORRECTED... PLEASE CORRECT ASAP!! I AM NOW AN UNHAPPY CUSTOMER! EVERYONE USING A TRACFONE PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR FAMILY/FRIENDS AND ASK WHAT ACTUALLY SHOWS UP WHEN YOU CALL THEM... YOU MIGHT BE VERY SURPRISED THAT IT'S NOT EVEN YOU!!! GET TRACFONE TO START TAKING THIS SERIOUSLY!
