Buying airtime on their website is next to impossible due to glitches. Their technical support just shunts me back to the FAQ. Time to find a different service.

After being a tracfone customer for years, I find your service center to be employed by a group oblivious employee. If, your service center continue to use aimless resolution to help its customer. Then consider closing it up. Do us the favor. Sick and tired of your company taking us for granted. Get your employee train to help. Customer service is still number one in business. And we, the people will take it some where else.

Worst customer service ever!!! Spent 3 hours trying to activate a phone that is already activated with minutes bought. Can't make phone calls. Gives you a message that the phone is deactivated!! Continues using minutes that were just purchased, just to get the message that the phone is deactivated! What a joke!! Customer service reps send you to a different help person, just to get a message that their office is closed. Call back during normal business hours!

I use to love my Tracfone, until they sent me a coupon for 120 minutes, 150 bonus minutes & 90 days. Which turned out to be misleading, they were using my double minutes in this offer without telling me. So all I really purchased was a 120 minute card with 30 min bonus. False advertising! It should have said 120 minutes & 30 minute bonus. I guess it is time to move on when these minutes run out.

TracFone died. Bought new one MONDAY! Cannot reach an intelligent human. I guess the intelligent one left. What an abortion of a telephone help center. Only a fool could design such crap. There is NO way to find intelligent life at Tracfone. New phone "Sim card rejected". They cannot fix this. Wait 5 minutes, wait 3 days, go to hell tracfone. Get 2 cans and a frigging string.

I bought a new LG840G; I transferred my phone number from an older tracfone to this one. It's been two days and I keep getting a message that says unregistered sim card and activation required after I entered my serial number. How can I get help?

After 8 days of aggravation from Tracfone (who never resolved my problem), here's their "generous" response:" Thank you for the information Dave, but while reviewing your case we can only provide you with 50 minutes for the inconvenience. Thank you. Thank you for your patience, while we respond to your inquiry."
