This f'n company needs to be put out of business. I sucks so bad. Customer services is total sh*t. They screw you every way they can. The services reps are totally untrained and just do whatever they want regardless of what you need or your specific issue is. There really needs to be some kind of class action suit against these white-collar criminals.
A am never buying another Tracfone. After being given inaccurate information by three employees, including a manager, at their "help" desk, the supervisor just hung up on me. This is not "customer service".
our customer service is horrible. I just spent another 45 plus minutes on the phone with another agent who has no idea what they are doing? I cannot wait to get on facebook and other social network sites to describe my horrible and costly experiences with tracfone. You get what you pay for.
DON'T EVER BUY TRACFONE SERVICE..........THEY ARE INCOMPETENT AND WILL RIP YOU OFF AT EVERY OPPORTUNITY! I have been a loyal Tracfone customer for several years and recently had one of my 4 Tracfone cell phones fail to operate. So, I purchased a new exact same model phone and called Tracfone to activate my new phone and transfer my existing 1,384 minutes from the failed phone. if I could ever get my problem, solved, or even connected, then I could tell ya. Right now, I bought a phone two months ago, got on your site for an account set up, bought some time about two weeks later and went to add it. Now it says phone needs to be activated,,,,to activate, I need a phone number,,,,phone number never issued, "click". The trac phone company and all their charges are rediculas. you charge a dollar a min to make a call and a dollar a min for calls,charge to get and send text(.30 )internet( .50.)I ran out of mins calling customer service trying to add mins to my phone.How are u going to charge for customer service too? The phone service/coverage has been exceptional, but the tech support is frustratingly dogmatic, and scripted. I've been a TracFone customer for almost 10 years, but every time there is a problem, it takes an hour of more out of my day to resolve, and typically it can't be resolved while I'm using the phone to call tech support. You have to have a second phone. the flat rate pre-paid minutes still beat Verison, AT&T and SPRINT for those who don;t live on the phone.

Tracfon SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!We have now had 2 problems that have never been resolved. I know that they are a big company, but they need to start paying attention to complaints.
