No stars. Had phone for 2 weeks. Screen now unreadable and 100 minutes mysteriously disappeared overnight. I'm surprised the better business bureau has not put Trancphone out of buiness for fraud.

-0000!!! TRIED TO TRANSFER MINUTES FROM MY HUSBANDS PHONE TO MINE. HIS AIRTIME RAN OUT LESS THAN 11 HRS AGO, DIDN'T HAVE A CHANCE TO DO IT YESTERDAY. THEY TELL ME THEY CAN'T TRANSFER UNLERSS I REACTIVATE HIS PHONE. SO I ASK :I NEED TO PAY $20 TO REAVTIVATE THIS PHONE TO TRANSFER MINUTES??" THEY SAY YES AND CANNOT TRANSFER UNLESS I DO. Called to have an aitime card added to my phone. Minuets never came thru as it turns out they gave them to someone else. Now they refuse to replace my minuets. Company policy is that airtime cards are not refundable. Horrible customer service .

BE AWARE tracfone customer service is horrible! if you small kids and want to get them phones the cost is excellent but the customer service is awful. any time that you have to upgrade a phone on a family plan they kick you out the family plan program and when you realize that they did not do it right they get all this information for both phones and still do not enroll them correctly...what they need to do is get some american customer services reps that understand english and a system that is not slow and crabby. after ove... read more

I got a tracfone over 2 weeks ago it says emergency calls only, after dealing with the so called support team and them claiming they were going to send me a new phone I called 1-305-715-6500 insisting I talk to a supervisor not the so called support team I finally got one. Super nice person wish I could remember her name, after explaining the problem she told me it wasn't the phone itself but the sim card. She is sending me a new card. Will keep you updated.

I bought time using their website; it kept kicking me out. The next day I noticed several identical charges for time. A call to customer service got my money refunded, and they let me keep the time to boot! Gotta love service like that!

They don't need your business. Owner is Obama supporter and is supplying "free" tracfones to millions on taxpayer dimes!
