I have just spent the last 3 hours trying to get some help. InLand Cellular and Verizon own the towers/service in our area and limit access to everyone else. Even ATT who pays a HUGE service fee to them gets to compete for the ONE line available for non- InLand/Verizon phones.

Almost 3 weeks have passed without resolution to what I thought was a simple problem. Still pressing 1 to get English speaking person. .Have to explain everyything 2-3-4 times. Hard to understand person on the line. Today I asked for a supervisor and was told no one else available until I insisted on another person.Same problem. Finally given a number to call but problem still not handled. Why hire people you cannot understand especially in customer service.???
