Absolutely horrible! I have had 2 phones now one kept freezing so i sent it in and they said it was defective! They sent me one from their factory and it's doing the same thing as the defective phone! They own straight talk and net 10 if you have one if these phonez watch out! Just happy to say I am switching phone companies!:) :) no more raunchy phones and get real unlimited data! Smh meh
I was offered 200min if I purchased a card for a year, I went through the ritual of redeeming the time I was instructed to leave the phone on and wait not to hang up, I notice they where deducting minutes as I waited. I sent e-mail, no response, I called they hung up!.............Verizon is looking good!
Your company has the rudest customers service reps I have ever dealt with, they hang up on you which make you even more upsetting that never resolve your problem.

Monday, October 20, at 2:15 p.m. I contacted your technical support (I did not get any names, however, I sure you can verify who I spoke to) for a problem I was having with the email app. The app was not working where I could see my emails. I spoke with the first technical support member and he asked me to enter *22890 to re-program the phone. I have a LG Tracfone bought a ZTE android Tracfone. Bought the phone Friday the 26th of Sept - Today is Sept the 29th Tracfone HAS NOT BEEN ABLE TO TRANSFER MY NUMBER AND ACTIVATE THE ANDROID PHONE, TRACFONE SAYS I WILL HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER TWO OR THREE DAYS, PLUS THEY HAVE ALREADY STOPPED SERVICE TO MY LG PHONE.
Your customer service stinks. When I call in I would like the option of speaking with a live person. I finally found the Live chat and I am 3rd in line....approximate wait time 33 minutes??????? Are you crazy! I am only adding 1 star because I do not have the option of zero!!!!! I am also calling QVC and posting on their web site about how bad the service is! Now it is up to 54 minutes....I would be out of business if I operated this way!
