I am being forced to send this letter because tracfone people ignore clear explanations and refuse to do their jobs! When I complained the phone they gave me didn't work in my house they told me to stand by the window. That my neighborhood had adequate coverage. Always liked Tracfone until my phone went bad. They sent me a new one, no problem, but so far I haven't been able to get my previous minutes transferred or my phone number changed. I have called several times and been told they would do it but so far nothing. Color me unhappy.

Have a LG 840G cell phone. Will no work inside my house. It rings but that is all. I have to go outside to use it. WHY and WHAT can I Do?
I started out with a Tracfone with no problem years ago. I got a net10 a few years ago. No problems. I now have another Tracfone because my old one is acting up and its an upgrade. I tried to register it on my account and ir will not accept ANY type of serial number. What it shows for my last phone is not even correct. I called customer service. OMG, what a stinking joke. They speak English, but don't`understand it. They speak Indian just fine. If you call them be sure to carry a translator.
spent 4 hours on phone in one week 3 different tickets & reps. trying to resolve a replacement mobile that I purchased that went bad or defective so they send a mobile that was not the same mobile I had twice! on - 2 different models come to find out they pre-select your phone this is not acceptable for me- thought I had cleared this up by now still waiting on my Samsung 380cdma. think I'll ever get this ?
