Awesome experience sales person Darren H amazing NO pressure. I email that night next morning receive an email with his contact information. I stop in after work looked at the vehicle we talked explain what I wanted and would wait until I see the other similar vehicle that showed online. Next day saw vehicle, specs, pricing etc. Decided to go with the second vehicke Darren off that day but called me on iff day to let me know it would be ready for me that Friday to pick up. Many other dealerships have simply scanned my drivers license and let me take it for a test drive on my own. I've been to Toyota of GR twice now and both times I had to first sit down with a rep and give contact info, tell them why I was interested, etc. which I didn't really want to do. I also felt that having a sales rep in the car talking to me distracted me from checking all the things I wanted to on the car. Good response. Only problem the price on there cars are to high. They won't even come down to blue book prices.
Selling used cars for more then new. Not willing to negotiate
