The dealership was quick to reply. They were not quick to answer my question about the pictured damage on the hood. Their representative tried to convince me there were buyers swarming the vehicle as she typed her reply & it may be gone at any second. Drove from Kalamazoo to grandrapids after contacting them, they went to get the suv when I arrived, they told me it was sold and with there other dealership. Never trust them again.
