We had been looking for a specific car for awhile when we found one here online..We contacted the dealer ship to find the car wasn't available due to inspection and repairs. The sales person indicated that we would be contacted as soon as it was available. This is when the wheels feel off the deal. Communication was often and conflicting. After 6 days we purchased from another dealer. Confused and Disappointed

Very professional folks here at Toyota of Grand Rapids. The dealership is full service with new and used cars and trucks, collision repairs, body and detailing shop, mechanical service for all makes...even valet parking in the service department. Excellent attention without being too pushy. They sold me a vehicle and have done some small service fixes on several issues for which they did not charge me in spite of my having purchased the used 4Runner "as is."
We live 2 hours away and asked the dealer to hold it for us from a Saturday to Monday. The only way was if I put a $500 deposit down, I did and drove over. After driving it I offered to buy it if they put new tires on it at the internet price. The saleslady said "no" and offered me a tool to go out and check the tires for tread depth, and said they were within the certification standards. This is March in Michigan and the off brand tires on the vehicle would have to be replaced prior to next winter(8 months). We declined to ... read more
