Didn't end up purchasing there but Rachel and Darryl were awesome to work with. They quoted me a price that I thought was a great value for the vehicle. Just found one with different options that my wife liked better.
I worked with Nick Snyder at Toyota of Grand Rapids to purchase a used 2008 Acura TL. I live out of state and Nick's assistance in making this purchase was extremely helpful. I caught an early morning flight and landed at Gerald R Ford airport around noon. Nick was kinda enough to pick me up at the airport and the entire process of purchasing the vehicle took just a few hours. The process was easy and the vehicle was in great condition for a 2008 and was exactly as advertised.
Toyota was fast, efficient and very helpful with out questions and concerns.
They contacted me, but were slow on sending me a copy of the carfax even though I requested it twice.

We had read reviews that the dealer has to drive with you for the test drive, but when we arrived for our scheduled test drive, no one was expecting us (despite us receiving 3 confirmation emails.) Lots of snark from the people we encountered (one Internet coordinator told us she texted us and we never responded...though we clearly provided a home phone number and responded to email confirmations.) promised to lower price if i drove 2 hours-- that didn't happen--"price is what it is not negotiable" when I declined, the offer was mysteriously changed to include 2 years of warranty but not until I had declined there supposed best price
