Initially, the salesman was responsive. Asked about color and carfax, then ghosted me. Never did find out the price of the car nor the color. This was going to be a cash sale.

Jonathan was fantastic. I did a lot of communication online and on the phone because I drove from San diego to Los Angeles eventually to purchase this vehicle I was apprehensive at first because I wasn't sure if it would be in the condition as advertised however it was exactly as had been described, this dealership was outstanding. I have not had this level of customer service at other dealerships and wish that our local dealerships were run in a similar fashion. I have nothing but good things to say.

The vehicle listed didn't exist. Listing said 2026 tacoma trd off road manual transmission but there was no such vehicle available. Even with pictures provided.

The dealer place is nice and salesperson Ricky is friendly and knowledgeable. I like that Venza very much, but it is too big for my wife to drive. She is looking for what she likes.
Was terrible. I had to travel 1hr just for then to tell me there was something wrong with the truck and we can get you into something like a 25 Tundra. What a waste of time. If i wanted a 25 Tundra i would have driven 7 minutes to my Mckinney dealership. Tried the bait and switch. Don't do business with these guys.

The banks wouldn't finance the GLE. However the staff at Toyota worked to get another vehicle financed. Ms. Gladys Madison made everything work for us to drive away in a Honda Pilot. We appreciate her dedication to excellent customer service!
