Sloan Toyota was very responsive to my inquiry and answered all my questions. The kept in contact with me even though the car I inquired about sold. I appreciate their attention to my auto needs. They continue to update me on vehicles I may be interested in.

Found the car I was looking for. They told me they had to fix a few things. I told them to call me when they were fixed and I would drive to Houston and buy it. They confirmed this understanding. 2 days later, I receive a text message telling me they sold the car to someone else. WTF! Terrible business practice and I would never buy a vehicle from them for this reason.
I did not purchase, but sales team were very responsive, helpful and not pushy.
I came with a pre-approval letter and still had to sit around for ages. I made it know that I would finance via an alternative option and they certainly tried to give the run around. After making it clear that I had a pre-approval they still ran credit for multiple hits. Not sure as to why, but, some steps will be taken very soon because of this.
Bait and switch dealership. This car looks blue in the pictures and interior looks grey. When I saw it in person it’s a black car with black interior. Salesperson tried to up sell me offering a new car. He said this car brings people in then he sells them a new car.
