Excellent communication, Nick was able to get the exact vehicle I wanted and complete the purchase on the same day. I'm extremely happy with my Highlander and will be back for our next Toyota in the future.
Looked at a Corolla s instead. Sales person was typical high pressure "If I can get that price will you buy today" knowing that the "sales manager" OK was out of the question. He hoped we would love the car. I wasted almost 2 hours of my life I will never get back.
Dealer called 2 days later stating the Lexus had sold.

My experience with Kendra was wonderful. She got me the car I wanted, a convertible Sebring 2012, very low miles, lot's of extras in two days. She took care of the financing and was ready for me to pick the car up the day after talking to her. She is kind, considerate, and does her best to get a good fit for you. I highly recommend. This is the second time I have had a great experience. I leased a Camry from them several years ago, as well. Also a good experience.
