RecommendedWe recently brought our vehicle in for repair at the Toyota of Scranton. While in service, our family found itself in a time of need and the Scranton team went above and beyond to assist. They not only provided a timely and excellent repair to our vehicle but also generously coordinated with us to exchange the rental vehicle when the work was complete. They clearly care for the community as much as they care for their inventory. We are impressed and appreciative of the attention to both vehicle and customer service.
Walked in to shop for a car. Sales people sitting and chatting. They did not even acknowledge that we walked into the show room. They didn’t pick their heads up to even look our way. I feel very bad for the owner of this business.
Excellent car buying experience!!! Brian Burgess was our salesman and he was excellent to work with. We left that lot with all our questions answered.

We worked with Jeff Felkowski when purchasing our Toyota Tacoma just this weekend & he & the rest of the staff were excellent! The selection is also wonderful & the dealership is beautiful inside. I’d definitely recommend it!
Well my dad put a deposit down on a vehicle the 17th and he was told he could pick it up the 20th, he had check in hand, they call this morning and said they have another offer and it's first come first serve, my dad was the first to get there and they told him he can have it if he pays what the other guy offered and that was not the price they shook on, then they tell him they already sold it to the other guy even though my dad had a deposit down on it, salesman was tommy, freakin scumbags, I will make sure I let everyone k... read more
