You can start by hiring knowledgeable salespeople. Wasted my time because of an email stating that since my daughters lease will be up soon to stop down and work on a deal. Her vehicle is 6 months out so I would get that could be an issue but then why send an email. Her vehicle is also 20k under the allotted mileage but the salesperson says it doesn't matter. Had a coupon for oil change and tire rotation for $55 gave it to them and told them make sure they do everything on the coupon. just checked my bill day after and noticed they charged me 25.20 for tire rotation. Had an appointment for the oil change two and I had to sit in the waiting room for over two hours just for oil change and tire rotation
A huge thank you to the team at Toyota of Scranton. Highly recommend them! Patient, educated and made the process flawless but more importantly painless. This is my 3rd Toyota from them and each time it gets even better ! I am totally in love with our new Highlander!
