RecommendedI visited Toyota this past Memorial Day weekend (one of Toyota’s busiest days of the year come to find out) and I was still helped promptly, professionally and efficiently. The sales and finance teams helped me explore different options that were best for me and my budget. I ended up getting a great deal on a 2020 corolla and couldn’t be happier. Wouldn’t buy a car anywhere else!! Shoutout to Jeff, Andrew and the entire sales and finance team!

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Toyota of Scranton and have had great experiences with their sales staff. Their service department is not managed very well. They overbook appointments. I am currently waiting over 2 hours for a routine 10,000 mile service with no end in sight.
great customer service they actually value you as a customer. have bought a 16 Tacoma and a 19 tundra went through nick and rich both times they are fantastic!!! I highly recommend them to everyone

The “professionals” at Toyota of Scranton failed to send in all of the appropriate paperwork when I traded my 2015 lease for my 2018 lease. When I 1st received a statement for my 2015 lease, I immediately addressed it with the dealership. They continually kept telling me it was being taken care of. Well....guess what! They weren’t. And I now have a negative payment history rating on my credit report.
