Talked to Jax on the phone asked him if he had two vehicles in stock he told me yes they were in stock. Drove up in a snowstorm and neither vehicles are in stock. Then they appraise my vehicle and lowball me by $3000. JoeHey sales manager came out and really offer no Apologies
I was impressed with the courteous ,professional, and relaxed service I received from sales rep. Ahmad Wasal . This is one salesman I hope lives a long and prosperous life. I rate him 5 stars + . show room was well stocked with a wide variety of Toyota's , verry clean and organized . All in all it was a great experience shopping, and buying at Scranton Toyota. 100% satisfied 😊
Customer service after the sale on a rust issue. They insisted on doing it correctly and 2 months after rust is back. 1 month waiting for the answer there’s nothing more we can do. Meanwhile paying 370.00 a month on a truck that is rotting away.
The staff here where extremely helpful and Ahmed Wasal showed us exactly what we wanted without being pushy. Give him a 10/10. And the lot and show room where clean and professional. Also 10/10.
Buyer beware! I bought a certificate 2018 Toyota from them (at night) on the ride home we noticed something was wrong with the distance sensor, look it over in the day light to discover it had been previously wrecked. contacted them that day, they said they would take care of it.. email then the problem and they get it fixed n. Never to hear from them again. After many attempts to contact them (8 months later) they return our call and tell us they’re not going to fix it. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
The service department gets customer service! When getting your vehicle serviced they are informative and motivated to get you back on the road. Toyota of Scranton proves time and time again that you are not just the next in line. They value and respects their customers and it shows. Huge shout out to Joe and Alyssa in service!
Go and buy a car from Nick Bosque! He is very knowledgeable and honest with everything he says/tells you. This dealership has found a forever customer!
