I’ve always loved this dealership when bringing my car in for service, but had a bad experience with my last putchase. They talked me into buying a car which I love the car, but when I went to get in it to drive it home, the windows were filthy! I had them clean it again, and still- filthy. I know it was late but this was a brand new car and I was driving it home in the dark with the windows so hard to see out of. It also had residue from a sticker on the dash. I bought my 2010 Rav4 from here from Joe Mercado Sr in 2013. I went back to talk to Joe this past weekend. The fact that I went back to the same dealership and the same salesman should tell you a lot! I went to talk to Joe to explore options, NOT intending to buy a car quite yet. They got me a great deal on a 2018 Rav4 that I just couldn't turn down, so yes, they got me. I've had great experience with both service and sales staff. Will definitely be back for my next one!
I highly recommend going here to look for a car. My credit isn’t the greatest and I didn’t have much money to put down on a car, but after going to dealership after dealership and being told I would never be able to get the car I wanted or I would have to put $10,000 down on a used car in order to get it, I came here and Joe Sr. was able to help me get a car that I love! He was very nice and extremely helpful! I recommend making this your first stop when you are looking at cars and ask for Joe Sr.
I was a loyal customer for yrs. I came in to get a new lease because mine was expiring. Your people shoved a paper in front of me with ridiculous lease payments. End of conversation. I have since made a deal with Motorworld which is ( wait for it) $93 less per month for a comparable automobile. As a matter of fact I got more car than your people were offering. I don’t know what has happened to your dealership but it not what I remember. All about the money. Too bad. Signed Carl Homish.
