Car went in to have the cameras calibrated. Left with a scratch on the hood, scratch in the bumper, a plug in a tire, and someone stole my license plate frame and replaced it with a Toyota of Scranton plate. Also it took three business days to accomplish a task for which there was an appointment.
My daughter just went to look @a particular car. Talked to Elle yesterday as well as this morning. They had a 2:45 appt. She gets there and it is gone. She gets there with CASH...They tell her it was sold at no time on Friday or Saturday morning when they spoke with her did they say that the car was sold. Elle knew she wanted this car and made an appointment for her to see it. Guess what NO car and No business. Really, really poor customer service.
