Came in to purchase a car I saw online was told it was there 3 times today. After being asked to wait while my sales person finished up with a customer I was told there was an inventory mix up and the car was not available, I was offered another car to look at, but told I'd be unable to test drive as it had no plates on it and my sales person was busy with a customer. Great buying experience. Salesman (John G.) wasn’t at all pushy- hate someone breathing down your neck when you’re making a major decision. Very helpful. Jenna in the finance department was also great, answered all questions and didn’t rush through everything

Terrible experience. Took my Tacoma in for scheduled maintenance. Techs removed my license plate holder from Freedom Toyota and replaced with a Toyota of Scranton holder. Very unprofessional!😡 I went out of my way to Freedom Toyota because Toyota of Scranton could not give me the deal that Freedom did, so why do they feel they should display their dealership on my vehicle?
