After wasting an hour there and back for a test drive I couldn't do, because the vehicle was listed before the actual initial service was done and it wouldn't start, I received an email asking what colors I wouldn't consider for a vehicle, and IF A TEST DRIVE WAS IMPORTANT! I'm sorry but thats poor service! who can actually sell a vehicle without a test drive is beyond me. this was also after I asked to not be contacted again, after wasting an hours trip for a vehicle that wouldn't even start. or initially serviced. it was f... read more

RecommendedI have recommended Toyota of Scranton many times. I bought my 2011 Highlander here (still driving it with over 125,000 miles on it) and have used this service department exclusively. The service technicians are thorough and reliable. Over the past 9 years I have not had any complaints, surprises or unexpected expenses. Not only am I happy with the Highlander, I am thrilled to have a service department that I can count on.

I found my dream car online at Toyota If Scranton. I live out if state. Sylvia Thompson responded to my email. she was very caring, soft , courteous and informative about the process of viewing, test driving and possibly purchasing the car. we talked about my Honda CRV because I was hesitant to Buy when my present car was a very good car. Had so much help from Joey Mercado! Honestly didn’t even think I would buy that day, but I did! Wonderful experience, he was extremely helpful in explaining things for me and making them happen.
Service department is great. They were very responsive to my needs and kept me well informed as to what needed to be doe to the car immediately as well as future needs coming up. highly recommend Toyota of Scranton.
