I was at first a little unsure of my perceptions of Toyota of Scranton. I had a newer salesman that wasn’t as familiar with the vehicle I was interested in as I would like, and we were unable to come to an agreement. I left rather disappointed. I brought my 3 month old Black 4Runner Nightshade in for service in January. I asked 4x for them to please not run it through their car wash. I even went as far as going out to the bay myself to tell the service tech before he took my truck. Their car wash is a soft touch wash so it DOES make contact with the vehicle. They even went as far as putting a sign in the truck “DO NOT WASH“. My truck came out dripping wet. I bring it home and you can see the fine scratches put in ...Continue Reading
Great service today. We had the no contact pick up/drop off. Very friendly staff on arrival and drop off. Cleaned car on return.
Had by car fixed in the collision center and was by far the worst experience. When I had gotten the car home there were parts that I had to put back where they go and tighten bolts that were on the verge of falling of the car. When I called all they said was sorry but I checked everything over and it was fine. Then under further look my floor mats had been taken out of the car which must have been laid on top of each other at some point and now are folded on the edges so they no longer lay flat. They ended up selling the truck I was in the middle of the buying process for, what was more confusing is that on Friday they called and discussed the deal and when to pick the truck up, then 5 minutes later he called back and confused me with someone else, probably the guy they sold it to. It would have been great if they told me Saturday that they did that instead of me finding out or have the decency to call or even text me what happened.
Great service deals and a very cozy waiting area. While waiting you are able to text with your advisor if you have any questions. Food and drinks available. Always quick service every time I come! Every advisor I’ve had has been great. Times are rough with the COVID pandemic but I watched a worker go up and down wiping down the waiting chairs.
