Yesterday we bought a beautiful certified preused Sienna from Toyota of Scranton. Salesman Joe Sr. Immediately came to our service as soon as we entered to help us with our search. Initially we were thinking of leasing a new vehicle but when Joe showed us our now current van, we changed our mind. Joe answered all or questions and made the process easy. I had a pretty traumatic car accident over this weekend, and in preparation for the fact that it might be totaled, I started looking at used cars. On several Websites I saw advertised at Toyota of Scranton a car that I would be interested in. The accident happened on a Saturday, so I couldn’t get anybody on the phone until Monday. Came in for an estimate on damages done to my vehicle. I can honestly say I was never treated so terribly by employees in my life. Not just one either, literally every employee we encountered had terrible attitudes and huffed and puffed that they actually had to do their jobs. Definitely won’t be back.
we went to trade in our 16 Prius which we bought new there and they wanted to give us far less than what our car was worth and we were told they dont take any money off of new cars anymore....got up and walked out....terrible way to treat return customers

If you are looking for a Certified Used Vehicle from this dealership you should run away immediately. All my life I have been told about how crooked car dealerships are. I never had an issue until I bought a certified used vehicle from this location 9 months ago. They sold me a certified used vehicle that had been in a minor collision. They never disclosed this at all. Found out 3-4 months later when I began having a weird issue. If it wasn’t for my local Toyota dealer I would have never had known. The service has gone drastically down hill. I have bought two new trucks from Toyota of Scranton. The service used to be great. It’s now very unorganized and no one seems to have any idea what they are doing. I will never buy another vehicle here again. I will also never go here for service again. The sales staff is great unfortunately the service department is just not up to par anymore. I think a lot of staff changes over the years have resulted in a 5 star dealership being ruined.
