One of the worst car buying experiences. Bought a new Tacoma had it 2 months and they still never sent my lease agreement to the bank. Picked up the truck drove halfway home and noticed there was no inspection and emission stickers in the windsheild. checked the fluids when I got home. RecommendedBought a new Tacoma there for a returning service member . Every man and woman at Toyota of Scranton, including the owner, went out of their way and took time out of their day to put something special on too show appreciation to this returning service member when she picked up her vehicle after coming home from a year-long deployment. This place values those in the military. Today they accommodated my crazy schedule along with my husbands crazy schedule due to military service-without any hesitation !

Would not give me a lease quote over phone. Had to come in. 10 other dealerships did. Will not be shopping there. Was told management doesn’t allow.
Ok, so what's the point in having an appointment? 3 hours later, just to be informed I will have to wait another hour because they lost my car. Seriously? 4.5 hours later I leave with nothing. My car looks like they half ass detailed it. I will never buy another car from them again, nor recommend this place to anyone. What a joke...
Been a loyal customer with this dealership for many years but our deal that went down yesterday was awfully shady and included some very poor customer service. Disappointed to say the least.
I have had the worse non-caring attitude for the dealership. I paid cash for my car and after that it seems they don’t care anymore. My salesman quit the day after I brought the car so can’t speak to him and it’s even worse I brought a Dodge Charger now I have issues they keep telling me to call dodge. No I gave you my money for the car not dodge. Its 2recalls on my car one before I brought the car. My brakes continue to squeak after they were replaced a month later after my purchase.
