I bought a car last year at Toyota I been having trouble with it and every time I call service to see what’s goin on to my car the only respond is that they can’t do nothin about it since it’s not a Toyota and if I wanna get it looked at they going to charge me for looking at it this place is a straight up joke doesn’t take people seriously I would NEVER in my life ever purchased a car here again or let anybody I know come here!!! They only give you shitty cars with poor customer service this place is just a big joke!!!
Went in for a significant power loss had it for 3 days couldn’t find anything wrong said it’s supposed to be like that turns out the people at Toyota that supposedly specialize in Toyota’s didn’t know not one thing on the 1999 3rz motor took it to toyo tech on kyser ave and he found the problem with in an hour just goes to show that this dealership needs to actually specialize in working on Toyota’s
Excellent service department I would recommend them to anyone. The sales department is also excellent
