At the first oil change of my 2015 certified Toyota Highlander, I was notified I already needed new tires! Less than 5,000 miles were put on it. The Toyota dealership that I went to in Minnesota stated they always put new tires on their certified vehicles. This dealership meets minimum requirements for certification and does not aim to exceed. Find another Toyota dealership that certifies their vehicles with high standards, they exist!
Toyota of Scranton was a wonderful dealership where I felt comfortable and secure in my decision to purchase a new vehicle. I traveled from NY to purchase my new-to-me truck and the process was seamless. Corey was attentive, helpful, and made the whole process easy especially for someone coming from out-of-state.
