I went for a tire rotation and looked around on the lot bc I was thinking of trading in my rav 4 for a family sized SUV they took my info said u will drove off the lot later today give me an hr and I'll call you. That was last weekend my bf calls and then the guy said I'll call u first thing Monday morning. Well I haven't heard a word I will not be doing buisness with them as far as buying another vehicle. If they didn't want my buisness they should have said so bc now they lost a customer
Horrible! Wife and infant daughter sat for three hours for a scheduled state inspection appointment. There is absolutely no reason for a state inspection to take three hours. I am completely done with this dealership.
