We brought our old 2003 Matrix in for a recall and knew it needed inspection. They brought it in and shuttled me to work. They kept me posted as to what it needed and nothing more. They did the work. When I came to pick it up, not only was it fixed; it had been washed!! WOW! Customer service is superb! They treated us as though we were driving a Mercedes. Great dealership owned by a wonderful Community driven family. What a great experience.
Exceedingly happy with their work. We have two Toyota vehicles and they service them both to our satisfaction. The waiting room is pleasant and even has a Dunkin Donuts within it. We purchased our Hylander from them and found them to be very helpful and accommodating.
Carl Jenkin was a great sales associate. Very friendly and was very professional. Great deals. Would recommend to come there and get a car ask for Carl.
I have been a customer for years, probably on my 6th Toyota. I love the people there, very informative, kind and give you good advice. I have dealt with Joe Gatto for years, love him! Sean, great and honest salesman. I will never go anywhere else. Of course, love the Toyota!
