very fast and friendly service.....was only 5000 mile checkup and tire rotation but very fast service considering how busy they were.
Had my truck inspected, but couldn't find my registration. The team at Toyota of Scranton went above and beyond to help me out!
My daughter is a full time college student who purchased her 1st car from here. The purchasing part of our experience was fine. My issue is that she has had the car for a year and put about 4000 miles on the car. I just took the car for its 1st inspection since buying it. It failed inspection for bad rotors, rear breaks, a blown front strut and a burned out tag light. Service department is always great. Professional and polite. Most recently, I needed a part replaced that I was hoping was under manufacturer warranty, they covered it without any problems and replaced it at my convenience when the part came in.
