Very good service, we were told to leave the building due to a gas smell. They were all very professional and the evacuation went well. All staff very kind .
Once again, your service dept. exceeded my expectations. I was on a very limited time schedule, and in 1-1/2 hours my service was completed, including an optional inspection, AND I was shuttled to, and picked up from, downtown Scranton. Cannot say enough how fantastic everyone I have encountered at TOS has been, including your shuttle drivers. The passion to please is evident throughout your organization and it is very much appreciated!
I've bought many vehicles in the past from Toyota but recently had an incident with them that turned me away. After complaining about the situation Nicole Sullivan, Mary Jo Preno, Joe Gatto, Dave Banis, Brenda Wills & our sales man George Z. went above and beyond for me to make sure they resolved the situation and did everything possible to take care of what I needed. In a few days I ended up walking out of Toyota with a new vehicle that was perfect for me! Can't thank you enough!
I just leased my 3rd vehicle from Toyota of Scranton. I will only go to this place because they treat me like family. I love the sales people there and they always go above and beyond to make sure i am happy. Aj and Mark helped with this last car and i am very happy with my Camry!I also have to say Joe Gatto is one amazing man. He always looks out for me. Toyota Scranton will always be where i go to get my Toyota.
I got my first new truck from Toyota of scraton in 2006 and have gotten 5 cars since then. Always happy with them and if there was a problem it was taken care of fast and done right the first time !! I have sent many people to them ,always a happy experience !! I was in car sales for many years and expect to be treated with respect and not jerked around !!!!
