I have been a Toyota customer since 2002. My service rep, Matt Stein is the greatest. My car is always in pristine condition when I leave. He explains what I need for service, and makes sure that I have gotten all my concerns answered before I leave. If the service takes a little longer than he expected, he notifies me. I have my August appt. made before I leave. Good job Matt, I hope Toyota appreciates your services.
