I have a Rav 4 2014. The tailgate has rust spots showing. Was told it is environmental influence fall out creating the rust. I really like toyota but not happy with it anymore. I have friends and parents that have rav 4 and theres is not doing what mine is.It is very sad that we pay alot of money and toyota will not do anything that I feel is something they should be responsable for.I will tell others to be aware buying toyota and to ask about what they do about a car rusting.This car will be junk buy the time it is paid off... read more

Well I had a good experience purchasing a car from them. But when I pulled out of the place I noticed that the wind shield was cracked and did not have time to go back and tell them. And that was on a Saturday So they was not open on Sunday so I got a hold of Melissa Stites on Monday and told her about it and she said that they do not know how it got there because they inspected it .
