Rude staff After being avoided by a few different sales people someone finally unwillingly helped us. After allowing one test drive we asked to test a second vehicle for comparison “Are you going to be making an offer on one of these vehicles today?” Asked our salesman. Quick and easy I was lucky to meet an amazingly gifted salesperson who listened to my needs. Franklin knows how to ask pertinent questions and immediately set someone at ease.
