Best first car buying experience! Was in the market for either a new Toyota or CPO Lexus. Came to Toyota first to browse at the new Camrys and a salesperson checked in on me to see if I needed any help or wanted to test drive. No hints of forcing a sale or disregarding a window shopper. Amazing service! We were shopping at the dealership next-door to Toyota at Carlsbad and was not very pleased with their service so walked to Toyota. The gentlemen who greeted us by the name of Danny and proceeded to help us was professional, patient and informative on the different models. We test drove a couple vehicles and ended buying a 2024 Prius and couldn’t be happier with our decision. The entire Toyota team was amazing! Highly suggest coming to this dealership first!
Spectacular Buying Experience This is the place to buy a car! This is my 4th car from Toyota Carlsbad. They make it easy, they’re transparent, they are honest and really seem more interested in selling me cars for life than ripping me off once. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Noah Carrol, Service Advisor, was professional and kind and explained our prepaid service with added costs for replacement of any parts if needed. During the service alignment of the wheels was recommended based on the differential wear of the tires. Replacement of the filters was also recommended. We readily agreed. Moe was amazing friendly helpful responded to our calls and emails quickly. Made the buying process a positive experience. However my wife had to take the car in a week or two later because the bumper was loose. Her experience was not as positive as mine. The man that she spoke with was an older man he was very rude and disrespectful. He refused to help her and told her several time “we can’t help you today, what do you want me to do for you.

From the moment we walked in the door and were offered cold waters, to the no-pressure, no-hassle sales process, every step of the way was easy. I just brought a Toyota Corolla Cross XSE and they were super professional about it. We agreed to a price before I stepped into the dealership and they honored that with no last minute surprises. In fact, they helped cover insurance for a few days without additional cost and also help set me up with toyota insurance. I got a good deal with a credit union for financing through them.
