POUR DEALER Irresponsible liars, they are not a serious dealer. I drove 100 miles when I already had an appointment and they told me that it had already been sold and when I was on the way, they still confirmed my appointment. They are irresponsible.

Carlsbad Toyota are a top notch organization My wife and I were in the market for a used Toyota Tundra. When we arrived at Carlsbad Toyota, we were immediately greeted by Frank Rendon (Toyota’s sales consultant). Frank was super friendly and cordial. We immediately felt at ease with Frank’s personality. We advised Frank of our needs and he knew exactly were to point us. I bought two cars cash spending over $120,000 and I have had nonstop problems. They do not even care what they promised at the time they sold nor have they fixed anything that they said they would I bought I didn’t even negotiate I paid what I needed and when I expected, and I’ve gotten nothing from that from there, I’m absolutely disappointed and to this day, I would never suggest anyone to go to Toyota Carlsbad Use car lot or New never

I called Toyota Carlsbad on November 29, 2023 and spoke with a service advisor. I asked this service advisor about an alignment, I asked her what they charge and she said about $146.00 and when I asked if they could check to see if I needed an alignment on my tires she said something to the effect of, "it will cost you $146.00 to have the alignment checked." and I said, so you will not check it to see if I need the alignment, she just kept repeating the same answer. This is very disappointing to read and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Some service centers have a machine that you can drive over and it will provide a report if an alignment is needed or not. We don't have this machine, so the only way we can check an alignment is by performing an alignment. If we find that there are no adjustments necessary, we will not charge the customer for this alignment.
