Scheduled a routine oil change. The service reception area was very clean, and the service representative, Dores Bounphasaysonh was pleasant and courteous. I asked that a missing valve stem cap on one tire be replaced, and it was. That kind a attention to detail is appreciated.
The entire purchasing experience was great. Patrick was very helpful. The One Price model they use makes everything simple to deal with.

The service department specifically Zahid is amazing and the best service department I’ve ever encountered. And if I could just rate the service department it’d be 5 stars. The sales department is the worst I’ve ever experienced. From a terrible first buying experience to non responsive/don’t care sales reps even after putting down a deposit for a car. Service is amazing here; sales isn’t.

Nathan is a genuine, hard working person who makes sure that the customer is well taken care of. He listens to your budget and does not try to upsell you out of it. He tells stories and conversates in a manner that you can tell come from a place of genuine good will, and wants the best for the customer he is working with.
