I was deceived by providing wrong information while I bought my Honda Odyssey from them. I was buying used car first time. The sales person told me that new Honda Odyssey LX comes above 50k and he sold me used one for 26600. When I later checked the same car value, CarMax was giving me just 22k on next day.others were just giving me max. 19k. Today Tony Pereira in the service dept gave us an instructional hour long description of all the buttons in our new RAV 4 XEL. We bought the new RAV elsewhere but had never received much information on any of the buttons, Toyota app had not been set up. Thank you to Tony for calling me back, making an appointment for us and taking the time to explain things to us. There were buttons I didn't even know we had! Please avoid the services dept at this dealership! ! They are fraudulent and deceitful! We called them requesting a back battery for our Toyota where we were quoted only $378. They then went in and installed a hyrbid battery that we did not need for $5500. Our car is from 2012 and the battery is worth more than our car! They are now refusing to give us a refund. It seems that they are just money hungry and don’t care about their customers.

i bought 3 cars cash and finaciened one with Toyota Carlsbad they littlerly told me i can. no longer be serviced by them and im finacing a car and paid way over 1000.000.00 in cash they cancle my apptsc there lawyer refuses to respond to me so when i had to drive to toyota carlsbad i got hit , from my heart i recomend to not do business with theses people Vanessa has not done one thing to resolve anytthing it has fallken since the ceo found passed recently

Unexpected visit to Toyota of Carlsbad this morning. Engine light was on, Keif Ramstad checked me in and was able to get the car looked at on a very busy Morning. The diagnostic team took over and found 2 codes related to the gas tank, but no problem. They reset the code and randomly test the car for reoccurrence. When I picked up the car Keif filled me in on all the details, the car is fine we could fine anything, but if it happens again just bring it back in. So far everything has been great.

I purchased a Toyota Grand Highlander and was initially pre-approved for a 4.99% loan through my own credit union. However, the dealership pushed for a 7.99% loan, claiming it would be easy to switch back to my original rate after three months and offering a $1,000 rebate. This turned out to be misleading. Noah Carrol, Service Advisor, was professional and kind and explained our prepaid service with added costs for replacement of any parts if needed. During the service alignment of the wheels was recommended based on the differential wear of the tires. Replacement of the filters was also recommended. We readily agreed. I just brought a Toyota Corolla Cross XSE and they were super professional about it. We agreed to a price before I stepped into the dealership and they honored that with no last minute surprises. In fact, they helped cover insurance for a few days without additional cost and also help set me up with toyota insurance. I got a good deal with a credit union for financing through them.
