I was deceived by providing wrong information while I bought my Honda Odyssey from them. I was buying used car first time. The sales person told me that new Honda Odyssey LX comes above 50k and he sold me used one for 26600. When I later checked the same car value, CarMax was giving me just 22k on next day.others were just giving me max. 19k. Friendly and professional Service I was very impressed with the staff at a Toyota Carlsbad. My salesman, Adolfo Lopez was terrific. Very friendly, competent and invested in providing an exceptional experience. Mandi, in finance was delightful and very helpful. It was my first time buying a new car and I was dreading the process. But it couldn’t have been any better than it was.
Carlsbad Toyota got me the car I wanted. Toyota does not support special orders, but a dealer can try to do a dealer swap. They were able to do this for me on a car that was not yet built. It did require my buying a couple of minor features I didn’t need, but the discount I received more than covered the features. Total time from my first contact to delivery was about 2 months— including Xmas and New Year’s. This was after another dealer strung me along for about 4 months. Today Tony Pereira in the service dept gave us an instructional hour long description of all the buttons in our new RAV 4 XEL. We bought the new RAV elsewhere but had never received much information on any of the buttons, Toyota app had not been set up. Thank you to Tony for calling me back, making an appointment for us and taking the time to explain things to us. There were buttons I didn't even know we had! Please avoid the services dept at this dealership! ! They are fraudulent and deceitful! We called them requesting a back battery for our Toyota where we were quoted only $378. They then went in and installed a hyrbid battery that we did not need for $5500. Our car is from 2012 and the battery is worth more than our car! They are now refusing to give us a refund. It seems that they are just money hungry and don’t care about their customers.

i bought 3 cars cash and finaciened one with Toyota Carlsbad they littlerly told me i can. no longer be serviced by them and im finacing a car and paid way over 1000.000.00 in cash they cancle my apptsc there lawyer refuses to respond to me so when i had to drive to toyota carlsbad i got hit , from my heart i recomend to not do business with theses people Vanessa has not done one thing to resolve anytthing it has fallken since the ceo found passed recently

Great internet buy! I expressed my interest in a new 2025 crown signia by phone with Toyota Carlsbad before any were available in the area. When the dealership could provide a delivery date, they notified me. I called and we negotiated a great price. No pressure to buy extras. At delivery they answered all our questions and programmed my wife's phone and garage door opener into the car. They also invited us to come back if we needed additional help with setting up other features.
