I stayed at this location on June 15-17. I was charged twice which I brought to their attention and was refunded back the money. What I was so upset about is that kids were running up and down the hallways beating on room door I was in. This was brought to the staff’s attention and nothing was resolved. I stayed at the Sheraton in Milpitas on 5/3/23. The hotel was severely badly managed. The first room I was given had a bad smell and huge stains on the carpet. I had to change it. The second room looked ok except for unkept sheets. In the early morning I smelt a horrible foot odor and realized the sheets had not been cleaned in quite some time. I used Southwest Concierge service to book a room at a Marriott Courtyard Downtown San Diego six months in advance. The credit card charge went through on September 24th 2022 and I received updates and instructions from Southwest right up to the January 19, 2023, reservation. The hotel said they had no record of the reservation and required us to rebook the reservation and then return to rebook on Southwest Concierge's dime the next morning. After becoming a Titanium member (Meaning I gave them THOUSANDS of dollars) -they literally left me and my family with no place to go because of a rude front desk agent. We sat in a parking lot for hours trying to find a room and resolve the issue. Marriott did nothing. Unable to get past gatekeepers with customer service I was wasn’t even able to even really talk to anyone. Marriott used to be a good brand, but they no longer care about their guests. I won’t be spending any more money with Marriott at all.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I thought it being owned by Marriott, this hotel would be nice, I thought wrong. I will never stay at a delta hotel again. Madison, Wisconsin Marriott West I checked in the property the staff over charged my credit card 3x the amount for incidentals, I get to the room and the refrigerator is broken, it took over 2 hours for maintenance to fix it, the next day the sink started clogging and would not drain, the phone in the room didn’t work I had to call the front desk from my cell phone, they blocked my room keys and I had to get a new set the next day, then I ordered pizza and wings for dinner put the leftovers in the fridge and the next day the... read more

I would have given the hotel 5 stars but not after charging us $250 SMOKING FEE for vaping. It was once and set off the alarm. No fire trucks showed up. The maintenance guy said he would see we were not charged since it was vape not cigarette smoke. Well... way to come through for us. My son slipped in the shower due to poor treads on the bottom of the tub and smacked his face on the bathtub. He has a black eye now. I didn't file an incident report, but wish I did now. ROYALTON RIVIERA CANCUN OWNED BY MARRIOTT I was there for 4 nights, switched to a total of 3 rooms due to issues and in the end I was left to deal with someone else’s blood stains all over the bed sheets, and bed bug bites all over my legs and arms.
