Will never go back. Consistently terrible service, front desk staff that lie and charge you for the full price after you’ve already paid for your booking in full. Thief’s with no accountability within management

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! Stayed over night for a celebration. Had a smoke outside in the smoking area. Didn't see a place to throw my cigar down. I didn't want to just leave it on the ground so I placed the cigar inside a plastic bag and placed it inside the trashcan. I would never smoke inside a room. But was charged 250.00 for smoking inside my room. I explained that I didn't smoke inside my room and asked if they smelled smoke. They said no and charged me anyway. The manager, Chris J******, at the Fairfield Inn, Oak Creek, WI, is very discriminatory when dealing with his African American employees. He likes to raise his voice and become a dictator instead of a manager. As a paying African American customer, this gross negligence towards his VERY few minority employees is distasteful. As a guest often at the Fairfield Inn, I have observed and listened to him dismiss & yell at his employees for his Caucasian customer satisfaction. I went to the Padres game prior to going to altitude for a drink. Security demanded I check in my bag with two bobble heads I got from the game earlier. When I came to retrieve my bag one bobble head was missing and security came up with excuse after excuse on why they couldn't find it. I'm shocked my items would be missing and even more disappointed they would accuse me of lying and even asking me if j took photos of the babe before giving it to them. Be careful and don't trust sexy with your personal items.

Here for a summer event for work and I hate that this is the hotel that was reserved. If I could do a -1 review—this would be it!!! 1. The place is NOT clean! You can tell that these rooms let alone the outside have not been kept up. As far as the pricing goes, the buck $$ spent should match the experience!!! 2. The smell!!! What is that smell??? mildew—mold—abandoned hospital smell!!! 3. The chef in the restaurant—served undercooked food as well as over done food. The only thing that looked OK is the orange juice. Playa Largo Resort & Spa - Key Largo, FL Original complaint: -----4617 New complaint: -----3786 Playa Largo canceled our reservation the day before our arrival. Long story short: Our credit card was compromised (after booking) and we had Marriot Bon Voy issue a new one. I took my four kids to a Marriott location near a Children’s Hospital we have to travel to occasionally for my child. I called to cancel our reservation because I read reviews their swimming pool had been closed for two years. Online it stated they had a pool and hot tub. They told me “no our pool is open”. So their pool had only been back open for about 24-36 hours. It was freezing cold and unbalanced. There was yellow tape around the hot tub. Confirmation email states one night stay at check out was told they have a two night minimum and would be charged for two nights. Charge per night is $159 but hotel charged $400. No one to help with issue as it was a Saturday, then recieve several rude emails from staff after giving proof of one night reservation.

I have been going back & forth with Marriott for two and a half years about canceling my timeshare that they fraudulently sold to me. They deceived me by telling me I could use this any time and travel wherever I wanted to.
