I had excellent and timely interchanges with Sam. He/she was knowledgeable and helped me sort out finding the right paint for my vehicle. your service was personable and very helpful. My criticism is about the organization of your website. It didn't hone in on the paint color I needed and even after I researched and found the correct numbers of the paints I needed, I couldn't enter them on you website, but had to again contact your rep to order the correct color.. I ordered touch up paint, Ruby Flare Pearl, for my 2018 Camry SE from TouchUpDirect. I received the color pen and the clear coat pen a few days later I applied the paint to a couple of chips and the paint matched perfectly. Very satisfied with their service.
Ordered paint for a Mercedes S-550, color was perfect, after polish could not find touch up. Within two days after ordering my paint was shipped and arrived as promised. Would definitely order from them again.
I paid extra to have my order shipped FedEx and they tried to ship my order via USPS and keep the difference in shipping cost... Please check your orders to make sure you donât get ripped off as well
The paint sprayed like wall texture. I had to get acetone to remove it off the Matrix! Terrible paint! I bought the paint/clear coat for a toyota and for next car, ford, paint/clear coat. The customer service will only refund for the Toyota paint and i eat the cost for the clear coat and the set of paint for the ford that i do NOTwant to try. Awful paint and terrible customer service!!
Paint came out like wall texture! I had to buy acetone to get it off. I didn't use the clear coat or the set of paint/clear coat I bought for my other car. Notified customer service and I might get reimbursed for the can of bad paint but I am stuck with their awful product that I cannot use. Really bad paint and customer service!!
