Wish i could rate 0 stars! Canât rate the actual product because it never arrived! Donât deal with these scammers youâll wait and wait just to not do your repair/ work and then eventually realize your out your time and money.
I ordered the kit according to their chart, make model , year and color, since my car's manufacturers did not have a color code. The touch up kit did not come close to matching my car's paint color, for a refund they required pictures of the touched up ( I had to buy a front plate holder + a front plate & frame to hide the color mismatched. I had to pay for the returned shipping + they kept 20% for restocking fees. They are a ripoff their touch up paint will never match 100%

Although the "technical" assistance was helpful, the original request took three days, and subsequent follow up too three more days. The on-line chat was never active, so immediate assistance while during the project was not available. After a week of trying, I elected to take to a professional shop.
Spent $80 on this paint which didn't match my car color
There was a bit of mix-up with my order at the start. I received the wrong color. Not a terrible thing, just replace it. Well, I happy to report that Sam at T.U.D. bent over backwards to quickly remedy the situation. I rate Touch Up Direct 5 stars for customer service. Also, the product worked fine too.
Well sadly, I had a very horrible experience with working with Touch up Direct and their products. I purchased a very exspensive 4 part paint from them (primer, base, top, and clear) and when the package was received they all had some stickly clear residue on the cans. Like excess clear coat had spilled on them and partially dried inside the packaging. Needless to say not a good start. I took the paint to my local paint shop to have them repaint my bikes tank. Excellent matched paint better than the other touch-up paint I have used price is a little bit more but is worth it will be purchasing more paint very soon
