Wonderful customer service. I actually made a mistake & ordered the wrong color. Sam immediately answered my request & told me he would send me the correct color & not to bother returning the incorrect one. I received the proper one in just a few short days. Highly recommend this seller.
Adrienne, Was very professional in her communication and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. My experience restored confidence I had lost in the issues I had with the product. I fully believe it's not if a company experiences issues with product its what the company's philosophy is and how the representatives are trained to handle them. I felt her offer was fair to both Touchupdirect and myself.
Customer service is excellent! I received my order on time, however the package was tampered with and arrived empty. A simple email to the company explaining the envelope arrived open and empty. I received a response the same day notifying me that they shipped another order with no extra charge! Received the replacement a day earlier than expected.
