Ordered the Kawasaki olive green paint for my 01 klr 650. Not only did they have the correct color which is hard to find but it matched perfectly. My order came in right away and customer service was there and rapidly replied to all the questions I had. I highly recommend touch up direct for all of your paint needs.

Extremely unsatisfied! Paint sent was green (the color I ordered) but wouldn't cover with multiple coats. I have gotten a complete run around by "Sam", the representative who finally contacted me after a couple of attempts to contact DUD to get some resolution. He treats me like I'm a complete idiot - I'm not a professional painter, but know enough to know the paint I received is not what I expect for the high price paid. Shipping was delayed by a few days but after a quick email and doing some digging it turned out to be a usps delay. They were very open with what happened and I respect the honesty, all I could ask for. The product itself is amazing. I have a unique matte blue finish on my car and they did a spot on job matching the colour. With proper application and blending it’s hard to see where the chip I had in the paint was without actually pointing it out. Amazing job and amazing product.

Awesome custom service, they had originally sent me the wrong color and i sent an email explaining the situation, before i even woke up the next morning sam replied to my email, he apologized and told me that had already sent out the correct color, he was very professional ill definitely be using them again in the futer if need be.

I have emailed the company twice about these issues but have heard nothing from them. The primer in the touch up pen came out in one big glob. The paint in the touch up pen took 7 or 8 minutes to flow and when it did, it also came out in a big glob. Then the clear coat in the pen ran out like water. No way to use any of these 3 pens to use for touch up without making a mess. I offered to send pictures to the company and/or return the merchandise for their inspection but apparently they dont care. Next step...file a complaint... read more

for small touch-ups I might use the small tubes of this product but I would never again buy the large spray product I used it as it is directed to be used and ended up with a matte finish on a car that has high gloss finish when I notified the company of the problem I was told it was the application of the product not the product that was the problem and advised that I should sand the car which is horrible advice. Luckily with a lot of elbow grease and a mild solution of acetone I was able to get the dull clear coat off of ... read more
