These people are great. My job needed a tri-color application, which I hadn't realized, and when I read the instructions, it was totally bewildering. Some emails with TUD didn't raise my confidence that at 88 years I could manage it. So they offered a refund. No people, no company could have been more helpful nor more gracious. Would that there were more outfits like this in our time of total rip-offs.

I sold my vehicle before getting to use the product. I asked if I could return the paint and was told it was not a problem and given a return authorization number. Great company to work with and I will be returning for any touch up needs I have in the future.

Great customer service! I made the mistake of ordering the wrong paint color initially, and they helped me figure out the correct color AND sent me the replacement for free! My car's a lease, so this is a lifesaver. Thank you TouchUpDirect!

Followed all instructions on the labels and also took some advice from other reviewers (the instructions on their blog are actually DIFFERENT than those on the actual paint). Had about half a dozen very tiny nicks in the paint to fix. The primer came out in a flood that almost immediately started to clump up and got everywhere. Barely got two coats out of the base before it wouldn't give any more paint. The mid coat barely put out one before it stopped.The applicator is basically a hard plastic or wood that's barely good for... read more

Great customer service. Kudos to the rep on the phone to respond to my email efficiently and when I called the company again to follow up, a replacement had already been ordered and on its way. The paint pen that I bought initially did not dispense for some reasons.

The color match was terrible. The quality of the paint is poor, and doesn't stay on. When I attempted to put on the clear coat, it removed the touch-up paint. The applicators are poor quality, it's hard to control the flow of paint. Avoid this place!

This is the worst product I've ever used. It arrived and as soon as I opened it up in my home, the odor was so bad I had to close it back up and put it in a plastic bag. There were no overall instructions included except what was on each tube. I got detailed instructions over the Internet. Though there were no cautions, I used the product, per directions outside and put on a breather unit as well as a mask.
